Programme Delivery Manager
Northampton Partnership Homes is responsible for managing approximately 11,400 homes across Northampton. If you are customer focused, proactive and have significant experience of leading a team, developing and delivering major organisational programmes and projects, we have an exciting opportunity to join us in improving services for tenants.
If you choose to take this opportunity, you will play a vital role as one of four key senior officers working in our new ‘Virtual Programme Management Office’, leading the development and implementation of an ambitious and varied programme of projects which support Northampton Partnership Homes’ to deliver its Corporate Plan objectives.
You must have specialist knowledge and significant experience of developing and delivering programmes and projects, have the ability to lead a team of four professionals as well as taking ownership of delivery of your own project portfolio.
Based within the Corporate Services and ICT Team, you will be required to work across the whole business providing consultancy level support to help translate business requirements from ‘good idea’ to implementation.
