We are looking for an experienced Contracts Surveyor to work with our Property Services Director on the delivery of our stock improvement and cyclical works programmes. This will involve devising and managing annual planned works programmes, as well as managing one-off major works projects.

You will have exceptional surveying and project management skills, combined with the ability to motivate both suppliers and team members to achieve high quality results, on time and within budget.  Therefore, you will need to be a chartered professional, customer-focused, results-driven and a committed team player.
