Customer Service Specialist

As part of a continued focus on developing and modernising our customer services and wider operational team, we are looking for a number of experienced Customer Services Specialists, to join our team in Accrington.
Working as part of a great team, your focus will be on help and advice to new and existing customers. You will be handling inbound telephone calls, e-mails and social media requests from existing customers and also people who are looking for a home with us. Your role will be to help people with a wide variety of enquiries associated with their tenancy from raising and appointing repairs, managing their payments or helping customers to apply for a new home.
We are looking for people who have experience of working in a customer service, contact centre based environment, who can manage multi channel contacts efficiently using a wide range of ICT packages. You must be able to manage a varied workload whilst achieving priorities and objectives. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential in order to deliver a high quality service.
We have a number of part time opportunities which will cover Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and shift patterns will be discussed during the interview stage.
