About the role:


Are you a customer service expert who wants to work for an organisation that really makes the difference? We are currently seeking two individuals to join our amazing Contact Team. Being the first point of contact for all customers and colleagues, you will be at the heart of Alliance Homes Group, providing right first-time solutions and excellent customer service. In the roles on offer you will work with a range of customers, resolving their queries over telephone, email, web, written letter and face to face. You will also provide administrative support. Our Contact Centre Team work towards our dedicated customer care charter (A* Experience) and help #TeamAlliance reach their audacious goal of 9 out of 10 in customer loyalty.


About you:


For these roles, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and have experience of dealing with members of the public, although this does not have to be in a contact centre environment. The roles require you to have high IT literacy skills as you will be working with a range of in-house databases and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.


Due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible to cover our contact centre opening hours (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm).
