Digital Services Project Manager - Maternity Cover
Origin Housing is a provider of affordable housing and care and support services in London and Hertfordshire. We own and manage over 6,500 homes with a turnover of £50 million. We were founded in 1924 and value our proud heritage in providing great homes and building strong communities.
We went live with our first CRM business processes on Microsoft Dynamics 365 two years ago and are looking for an experienced project management professional to accelerate our journey in using the platform for up to 12 months of maternity cover to transform our business.
You will lead a flagship project and you will have a key role in delivering better business capabilities with an initial focus on CRM processes, mobility and customer self-service.
Reporting to the Programme Manager you will play a key role in our organisation-wide modernisation and transformation programme. You will work closely with the business, your colleagues in IT and our partners you will be able to translate our social purpose into action and directly see the benefits for our customers, residents and staff arising from our investment in new processes, organisation, technology and information.
The Ideal Candidate
Your exceptional project management skills will successfully shape and deliver solutions to meet Origin’s needs and deliver value to the business. You will have an excellent track record in forging strong relationships between the business and IT and building confidence through tangible business capability improvements.
You will have a good up-to-date technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and be capable of offering deliverable solutions based on robust business analysis and advice to product owners. Knowledge and experience of Unified Service Desk, Field Service, Dynamics Portals/Adx Studio would also be advantageous.
You will possess exceptional abilities in customer focus, business analysis, user experience, project and resource planning, project management, testing, documentation, and transitioning projects into management. You must have experience of successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and in the practical application of Project Management techniques, especially Agile and PRINCE 2 methodologies. If you hold certifications in any of these disciplines, it will be to your advantage.
You will be prepared to 'roll your sleeves up' and get 'hands on' when necessary showing less experienced project resources how to do things and building up their expertise. You will have excellent relationship management, organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and a relentless focus on delivering successful outcomes from technology investments.
