About the role:

Are you a Care Professional with the ability to drive success whilst ensuring we make a difference to our customers? An opportunity has arisen to join our Weston Super Mare team as a Registered Manager.


Working with our local team, you will efficiently manage the day to day running of the business, which will include managing performance, allocating resources, and ensuring the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.


You will be the driver of change, developing our services whilst hitting our commercial growth targets. Promoting internal and external relationships will be key to the success of the post-holder.


With sound leadership skills, you will know your staff are clear about their responsibilities and have the support to carry these out correctly.



About you:


We need someone who knows the care industry and you will have significant experience alongside an accredited CQC Registered Manager qualification.


We need to know we are providing a quality service to our customers so you will take ownership of managing the service to deliver against CQC’s fundamental standards and our commissioned contractual obligations.


You will be producing monthly reports and providing data to stakeholders so high IT literacy with the capacity to communicate orally and written is key.


Due to the nature of this role, you will require a full driving licence with access to your own car.


The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Alliance).
