Orbit has an excellent opportunity for a Repairs Administrator to join their Responsive Repair Team located at their offices in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Repairs Administrator will provide an efficient administrative support service to the day to day repairs, communal repairs, insurance works and more. Reporting into the Contracts Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the financial transactions, processing letters, producing payment schedules and invoices for the Responsive Repair business area. You will respond to enquires from customers and raise work orders or inspection requests.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to work in a vibrant working environment. We are looking for a strong willed individual with communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have strong IT skills ands knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of working with databases.

Please be aware this role will be offered as a 6 months fixed term contract, with a possibility of extension and permanent opportunities.
