You will have excellent project management skills, with both an attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy developing strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners. 

Based in the busy New Build Development team, you will be working within a small and busy team focussed on the delivery of new homes. 

Working to assist the Assistant Director of Development in the delivery of the new build housing programme, you will effectively manage and support the project delivery team. You will have experience of managing a high performing team with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver. You will have a track record in effective risk management with strong financial management experience bringing projects in within budget and on time. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects and understand the importance of building strong relationships.
