Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant with the confidence to communicate and manage effective working relationships at all levels?

We’re now recruiting an Executive Assistant to manage effective, high profile secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer, in a role which offers lots of variety and challenge.
You will provide an efficient administrative service including producing accurate documents, reports and presentations to a strategic standard, ensuring confidentiality and a professional approach in all activities. Taking responsibility for extensive and complex diary management, you will manage all communications, responding to them as appropriate. You will co-ordinate projects on both a large and small scale including organising events. You will also ensure meetings are properly serviced including agenda planning, taking minutes and preparing papers as well as arranging travel and accommodation.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a senior level Executive Assistant. Highly customer focused, you will be adept at communicating, with the credibility, knowledge and networking skills to represent the Executive Team. The successful candidate will also hold experience of complaint resolution at a senior level. You will have advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages with strong experience of minute taking.
The ability to interpret and enhance reports, strategies, policies and customer facing information is key. Project Management experience or a relevant qualification is also required. It would be helpful if you have knowledge or experience of the housing sector but we welcome applications from all sectors.
