About the role

We are looking for an experienced, organised and dedicated Property Manager to join our Commercial Property team. In a nutshell, you will be providing residential private leasehold management to a diverse portfolio of blocks and estates.

A few of the other main duties include:-

  • Responding to customer or tenant enquiries, Identifying and reporting of maintenance matters.
  • Continual quality assurance reviews of housekeeping standards on estates in line with contract terms
  • Monitoring of contractors performance, report unsatisfactory work and (initiate) action to remedy.
  • Track and conclude all action required resulting from inspections.
  • Setting of annual service charge budgets
  • Attendance at RMC/RTM client meetings.
  • Obtaining annual tenders for site services
  • Section 20 consultation procedures

You'll be tasked with carrying out inspections on the geographically diverse residential portfolio on a 6 to 8 weekly basis. You will be required to cover the following postcode areas;

  • RG4, RH19, BN44, GU21, GL51, SP10, RG28, SP4, GU27, TN31, TN8, RH6 to RH20

You'll be required to work from the main office in Eashing two days as a week, as well as some home working and site visits on a weekly basis.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, looking for stability and a career with one of the country's largest housing associations, which is committed to providing good customer service to all its residents and to maintaining its property portfolio to a high standard.

You'll have a proven track record in property management and contract management, preferably with experience in the residential sector. Current legal and statutory knowledge of the residential property, management and maintenance sector is essential. We're looking for someone with a strong focus on private sector organisational management.
