Are you an experienced Service Support Analyst looking for a new opportunity to elevate and develop your career? Orbit are one of the UK's leading Housing Providers and are looking for two IT Second Line Support Analysts to join their team based in Coventry.

Reporting to the IT Second Line Team Leader, this role will see you assist in the implementation of Windows 10 throughout the organisation, delivering new devices and the new OS to remote sites. This role will see you provide second line technical and desktop support, advice and guidance, ensuring all incidents and service requests are resolved. This exciting opportunity is a chance to be an integral part of Orbit's IT department, where you will research and develop technical solutions as required for customer queries and requests.

We are seeking an experienced Support/Service Desk Analyst, who is a Windows 10 professional that can communicate effectively, projecting a positive attitude. You will have significant experience of diagnosis and rectification of faults within a busy IT technical support environment. We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining a strong customer service ethic. Finally, a demonstrable experience in using SCCM would be essential for this role.
