Customer Hub Team Leader- Voice
As a Team Leader, you will assist in leading a multi-functional inbound Contact Centre Operation, delivering world-class service standards for customers. In a customer centric role, your operational responsibility will be towards driving the performance of your team whilst supporting 100+ Officers across the teams. You will also support the Customer Hub Manager - Voice, in driving a programme of change in order to successfully implement the new Customer Hub.
You will empower your team to develop their customer service skills and progress in their career path. This exciting position is a great opportunity for an energetic, open-minded, inspiring people manager to effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of Customer Service Officers.

You will report into the Customer Hub Voice Manager in a role that is all about your team and helping them achieve their KPI's.
Office Base: Pitsea (Essex), with occasional visits to the Peabody London Offices
