We are actively recruiting Full Time Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre, located in Coventry. You'll be the first point of contact in providing outstanding customer service to a diverse range of our customers and residents, over the phone and by email. In this varied role you'll be providing advice and assistance on a range of housing queries including Tenancy services, Income and booking repairs, so excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential.

You will have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with an adaptable and proactive approach to work. You will have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Our focus is on providing a great service and we need the right people to ensure that. No previous housing experience or call centre experience is necessary - we'll teach you all that!

The contact centre hours are between 8.00am- 8.00pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work flexible hours on a 5 day shift rota. You will be expected to work a Saturday 8am-1pm on a rota basis (with a day back in lieu). The full time hours are 36.25 for the week.
