Are you easy to do business with?  If so, we are looking for someone to head up our new Customer Relations Team.

The job:

  • Responsible for our front-line customer communication channels
  • Assisting with the digitisation of services for our customers and maximise their use of on-line services
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and manage our newly developed Customer Relations Team
  • Launch and on-going management of our new customer portal, maximizing take up through dedicated campaigns and live-chat
  • Manage our complaints and feedback service
  • Develop and conduct in-house training/briefing sessions designed to drive up and maintain excellent customer care skills from all front-line staff.

The successful applicant will be extremely customer focused and be able to demonstrate leadership abilities. Experience of managing the customer complaints cycle is a must, along with strong organisational skills with proven experience of managing a range of communication methods. You will have great influencing skills and be a people motivator.
