Package: You will receive a Flexible benefit allowance of 10% of your base salary. Flexible benefits are hosted by AON and will allow you to choose from a variety of benefits.

The Barnet Group consists of Barnet Homes, (Arms-Length Management Organisation), Your Choice Barnet Ltd (Care and support), TBG Flex Ltd, Bumblebee Ltd (letting agency) and Opendoor Homes Ltd. (Registered housing Provider). Opendoor Homes was set up in 2017. It is growing rapidly and has forged a strong reputation for delivering high quality homes on challenging sites across Barnet with established partnerships. Our vision for growth includes acquisitions across the Borough.
To meet the needs of a passionate development team we are looking for someone who can develop a business partnering relationship and provide technical expertise, strategic business support and guidance to managers in the Development and New Business teams.
You will bring enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude, along with experience of accounting for development projects, regulatory and statutory requirements of a developing registered housing provider. We will provide you with the opportunity to get involved at the beginning of a journey, face challenges and make a difference while developing your career.
Currently our main offices are located at Barnet House, Whetstone N20. We will be moving to new modern offices at Colindale NW9 in July 2019

Opendoor is developing an initial 320 new homes in the borough, and has ambitions to build many more. It is also purchasing homes on the open market for affordable rent.
- Bumblebee – an online estate agent providing quality bespoke property services to landlords and tenants, throughout Barnet and the surrounding areas.
- TBG Flex – a company for the recruitment and employment of new staff.
- Your Choice Barnet – an adult social care company that provides day services, respite centres, extra care schemes and care homes to adults with learning and physical disabilities, older adults and adults with additional care needs.
