Are you a capable professional who understands property and can successfully manage contractors, projects and tasks to deliver project outcomes?

In this role you will provide robust contract management of external service providers, contractors and consultants to ensure that EKH fulfils our contractual obligations to our four client councils and residents by delivering investment programmes (capital, compliance, cyclical, grounds maintenance, planned, responsive maintenance and servicing) to the prescribed quality, time and budget parameters. You will assist and support the delivery of compliant procurement for new contractual arrangements utilising your extensive technical knowledge and experience to enable EKH to demonstrate value for money. You will collate and produce accurate progress and monitoring reports and performance data to ensure that the interests of EKH, client councils and residents are protected. You will implement efficient and effective contract management processes and principles for all contracts and managed budgets. You will also provide effective and timely communication of investment programmes for EKH to ensure that all stakeholders (including boards, committees, residents, EKH staff and client councils) are informed.

You will be primarily based in Dover and required to work across all of the Local Authority partner areas on a regular basis including travel to managed assets/properties/offices
