Orbit are one of the UK's leading Housing Providers and are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our Programme Management team based in our Coventry Head Office.

This exciting role will see you support the current IT transformation programme on one of the major Programmes of work currently progressing. Support will be required with respect to reporting, planning, change control, RAID working on a daily basis to the Programme Manager. The line management of this role is to the ePMO Manager where the role is to ensure that all projects are following set governance and deliverables at agreed stages and timelines. This is a key role where you will complete Project health checks, support monthly portfolio reporting, continuous improvement strategies and road mapping.

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst who can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of project management approaches and methodologies. You will be a self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and negotiate deadlines. This role requires a highly efficient individual in resource planning and tasks assignments, with a knowledge of risk management and resource planning. To be successful you'll need to have excellent communication skills and highly proficient in IT programmes.
