We have a fantastic opportunity for three Income Collection and Recovery Officers to join our Incomes team.

Reporting to one of the Income Managers, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to customers on all areas relating to rents and arrears maximising income through tenancy enforcement and negotiation.

You will also be responsible for taking ownership of your own cases supporting customers throughout their journey and ensuring you deliver excellent customer service skills whilst ensuring efficient and effective collection of all charges.

Previous experience in debt management or income collection is essential for this position but would suit someone from a Customer Service background that is passionate and driven and wants to progress into a career in Housing.

Your role will be to provide advice and assistance to customers on all areas related to income recovery. You will also be responsible for maximising income through tenancy enforcement and negotiation.Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm however you will need to have a flexible approach where needed.
