Joining our busy Property Services Department, you will be responsible for managing contractor installations, maintenance and repairs of all aspects of our M&E systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of mechanical building systems. Working experience of plumbing and water hygiene services is required. Further understanding and experience in electrical services would also be an advantage but not essential.
You must possess a good knowledge of basic UK health and safety legislation, along with good communication and IT skills, with a sound understanding of databases. As a team player you will demonstrate good attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload, with a flexible and customer-focused approach.
A full clean UK licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential requirements for this post.
