Glasgow Housing Association is part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and caring Housing Officers to join the business. You should have experience of working with tenants, have excellent interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of current housing legislation and be able to work collaboratively with customers to support and ensure digital inclusion is embraced. A proven track record of managing rental income collection is also desirable. 

You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing a challenging workload in a busy environment.  Holding, or working towards, a housing qualification would also be advantageous.
