North Wales

Competitive Six Figure Salary

As north Wales’ largest housing association with over 6,300 homes, we are proud to provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants. During our first six years we invested £137 million in our properties to achieve the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) and during 2018 we began to increase our footprint across the region.

We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north Wales. We’re about to re-brand, we’ve launched a new commercial subsidiary and we’re investing to further increase digital services to tenants. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

This is a newly created and pivotal role to help us achieve our ambitions. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, the Deputy Chief Executive will engage regionally and nationally to identify the JVs, strategic partnerships and opportunities which will deliver our long-term growth plans. Responsible for pro-actively seeking out and developing new business, this is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your commercial acumen whilst also bringing inspirational leadership to our corporate services teams.

You will bring to us your excellent strategic leadership skills along with a strong reputation for collaboration and partnership working. Highly-developed networking and communication skills will be essential, as will a track record of enhancing relationships to deliver impactful strategies. With an inclusive and transparent approach, you’ll ensure we are well placed to influence the social housing agenda across a wide geographic area. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable although not essential for this post

Gogledd Cymru

Cyflog Chwe Ffigwr Cystadleuol

Fel cymdeithas dai fwyaf gogledd Cymru gyda dros 6,300 o gartrefi, rydym yn falch o ddarparu cartrefi a gwasanaethau safonol a fforddiadwy i’n tenantiaid. Dros y chwe blynedd cyntaf rydym wedi buddsoddi £137 miliwn yn ein heiddo i gyrraedd Safon Ansawdd Tai Cymru (WHQS) ac yn ystod 2018 fe ddechreuon ni ledaenu ar draws y rhanbarth.

Nid cwmni sy’n aros yn yr unfan ydym ni. Dros y blynyddoedd nesaf byddwn wedi adeiladu nifer sylweddol o gartrefi y tu allan i’r sir, gydag uchelgais i ddarparu cannoedd yn fwy o gartrefi o ansawdd uchel ledled gogledd Cymru. Rydym ar fin ail-frandio, rydym wedi lansio is-gwmni masnachol newydd ac rydym yn buddsoddi i gynyddu ymhellach y gwasanaethau digidol i denantiaid. Er ein bod yn uchelgeisiol iawn, rydym yr un mor benderfynol i warchod a datblygu diwylliant a threftadaeth cyfoethog y cymunedau a wasanaethwn.

Mae hon yn swydd newydd a chreiddiol a fydd yn ein helpu i wireddu’n huchelgeisiau. Yn gyfrifol am fynd ati i chwilio am a datblygu busnes newydd, mae hwn yn gyfle unigryw i ddangos eich craffter masnachol ac ar yr un pryd dod ag arweinyddiaeth ysbrydoledig i’n timau gwasanaethau corfforaethol.

Byddwch yn dod â’ch sgiliau arweinyddiaeth strategol i ni ynghyd ag enw da am gydweithredu a gweithio mewn partneriaeth. Bydd sgiliau uchel o rwydweithio a chyfathrebu yn hanfodol, yn ogystal â hanes blaenorol o gyfoethogi perthnasau i gyflwyno strategaethau trawiadol. Gyda dull gweithio cynhwysol a thryloyw, byddwch yn sicrhau ein bod mewn lle da i ddylanwadu ar yr agenda tai cymdeithasol ar draws ardal ddaearyddol eang. Mae’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ddymunol er nad yw’n hanfodol i’r swydd hon.
