So what does this role involve?

The Housing Needs Service is looking for a highly professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic person to join our Voids and Lettings Team.

The Voids and Lettings Team are responsible for managing void social housing properties from becoming void to being let. This includes working closely with our Direct Labour Department and Housing Management Teams.

The post holder will demonstrate a clear understanding of the legal requirements surrounding allocations and management of void properties and must have exceptional negotiation skills. You must also have experiencing delivering services adhering to published guidance.

You must be an exceptional team leader who will be able to build effective, positive relations with internal and external stakeholder and lead by example. We require someone who understands the importance of providing a holistic approach to our customers.
