We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our busy London Office!
Lead on the creation and implementation of complete marketing plans maximising lead generation for various sale/rent schemes as delegated by the Marketing Operations Manager. Deliver these marketing campaigns on time, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction to our identified target audiences so that sales targets are met. To effectively assist with the implementation of the group marketing strategy for all new and existing sale products as well as any new product initiatives as required. To assist in the production of reports measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to internal and external stakeholders. To support the promotion and positioning of MTVH as a lead provider of Home Ownership services. Ensure that day to day activity is in line with best practice in marketing and advertising industry and sector regulations and guideline.
Key experience and qualifications required:
-To create marketing plans in advance of the launch of all schemes and to ensure that these campaigns are delivered to brief, to agreed timescales and budgets while ensuring we maximise lead generation.
-To create/commission marketing collateral and develop marketing literature in line with brand guidelines while ensuring they are delivered to agreed timescales and contain accurate content.
-Assist in the design and installations of Marketing Suites.
-To ensure salesforce (or any other relevant CRM) and relevant websites are constantly updated with accurate and relevant development information, copy and imagery.
-To maximise the use of Pardot and create intelligent communication workflows to enhance customer engagement.
-To work on development project teams to ensure campaigns are managed using up to date information and input from each development project team.
-To manage external suppliers when necessary in order to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
-To liaise with PR agencies to ensure developments benefit from strong press coverage and case studies are supplied to promote all our sale products.
-In conjunction with the marketing manager develop and provide marketing and public relations programs that promote and facilitate sales on the departments various programmes. To also work with the central communications team to ensure that MTVH residents and staff where relevant are familiar with our product and services.
-Through the use of various tools such as Google Analytics and salesforce produce ongoing progress reports and final campaign evaluation reports which identify successes and learning points for each campaign and ensure effective use of departmental marketing budget.
-Shared responsibility of £10m expenditure budget
-Assist in the organisation of events and exhibitions, both in the UK and overseas, ensuring all logistics are in place and all relevant marketing materials are readily available.
- 3+ years` experience in marketing, with previous experience working with a New Homes Developer/Provider
- Understanding and experience of SEO, CMS and Google Analytics
- Experience of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
-Interest in/experience in the property market
- Experience of using CRM`s
- Experience of marketing/public relations in a residential property environment
- Knowledge/Experience of digital marketing
-Educated to degree level in a related discipline
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Full clean driving license use of a car.
