We are looking for an experienced a Progression Manager to join our busy office in Twickenham

Overall Responsibilities:
Your role will be to deliver the regions sales strategy in conjunction with the regions head of sales and sales manager. You will lead and motivate a progression team to deliver sales revenue for all new build shared ownership and private sales within the region. Taking responsibility for the buyer`s customer journey from reservation through to legal completion. You will lead on the legal set up of the regions new schemes and help the wider business to resolve legal blockages and set up managing agent arrangements on new schemes. You will lead the regional team`s approach to procedural efficiency and act as the key interface between the regions customer care, home ownership and new build sales teams.

Main Accountabilities:
Responsibility for delivering financial and service targets to tight timescales by motivating and leading the progression team to achieve those results
Demonstrating your numeracy skills by setting progression related targets and managing target based pay performance to your team
Taking ownership of the compilation of legal sales packs, assisting with the resolution of legal blockages and the goal to be legally clear to complete on new schemes Assisting with the resolution of all day to day legal blockages, in order that the region can achieve its Legal exchange and completion targets.
Your attention to detail by assisting the Regional Head of Sales with sales audits and quality assurance work, maintaining the team`s regulatory, HCA compliance requirements
Your relationship skills through managing relationships with panel solicitors, setting service standards and monitoring performance
Monitoring and responding to customer feedback throughout the buying process. Working closely with the customer care team to ensure satisfaction scores continue to improve over timePreparing progression related reports and presenting issues and solutions at senior management meetings
Responsibility for liaising with compliance on signing, sealing and the governance of legal new build paperwork
Having responsibility that homes are cleaned and customers have had their home demonstrations by managing the relationship between your team and delivery and customer care,
Skills and Experience:
-Excellent understanding of property law and experience in property conveyancing

-Knowledge and an understanding in legal conveyancing packs
-Experience in leading a property sales or property conveyancing team
-Experience in client relationship management
-Proven organisational skills and good attention to detail
-Competent PC and data processing abilities
