We are looking for an experienced an After Sales Consultant to join our busy London Office!

Main Accountabilities:
Provide an excellent resales and interim staircasing progression and completions service to customers ensuring a highly professional experience for all stakeholders
Progress all resales and interim staircasing activities through to completions and exchange within the agreed timescales set my management.
Communicate effectively with home owners who engage with the resales team, read and interpret leases to give effective and prompt advice to customers and other key internal and external customers.

Key experience and qualifications required:
-To handle customer enquiries (by telephone, email, post) in a professional and supportive manner, displaying product knowledge.
-Log all customer contacts, maintaining accurate records using the appropriate database and case management systems relating to resales and interim staircasing.
-Collate audit compliant application packs, carrying out relevant checks on buyers credit history and follow anti-money laundering procedures.
-Effectively manage resales and interim staircasing caseload and help to achieve or exceed the resales and interim staircasing targets.
-Ensure that all activities are progressed in accordance MTV resales and interim staircasing policies and procedures.
-Support customers during the resales and interim staircasing process by providing effective advice on the procedure and keeping the customer updated.
-Provide effective advice and interpretation of leases and home ownership issues to internal and external stakeholders.
-To liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents and financial advisors and the Home Ownership Team to progress sales to exchange and completion in a timely manner
-Prepare weekly reports on resales and interim staircasing progressions, ensuring performance standards are met and progress is charted and procedures are complied with.
-Develop and keep up to date with the resales and interim staircasing technical knowledge and relevant legislation

-Proven experience of providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
-Experience of working to tight deadlines to achieve monthly targets
-Evidence of championing customer service and innovation in service delivery
-Flexible approach and strong commitment to Equal Opportunities

-Providing sales and agency services to third parties and customers.
-Experience of building excellent customer relationships with all stakeholders
