Are you a motivated individual who would like the opportunity to manage a fantastic Estates team in London?

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager ideally with knowledge of EPA standards and COSHH regulations. You will be required to cover properties in London Boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisation skills to manage a team of caretakers and cleaners, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness, safety and security on our estates. You'll have great people skills, a 'can do' attitude and empathy.

You'll have a positive can do attitude and use your previous experience to meet strict deadlines, managing targets and timescales and ensuring you undertake regular visits to estates. Using your proven planning and time management skills you'll also conduct staff reviews and manage performance whilst ensuring all deadlines and standards are met.

With a full understanding of the business needs you'll lead, manage, motivate and develop the team whilst working effectively with other managers, teams and colleagues to ensure a real commitment to residents by providing a first class service. You will be able to engage with and build successful dialogue and relationships with key customers and colleagues across the organisation.
