We have an exciting new opportunity for a Housing Income Manager (Legal and Court Proceedings) to lead a court officer team, ensuring effective court representation and enforcement of tenancy conditions whilst striving to achieve and maintain top quartile performance maximizing income across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Collections and Recovery we are looking for an experienced manager to manage a high performance dispersed team of 9 Court Officers who cover the South and Midlands regions.

You will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Housing Law particularly in relation to debt recovery and the County Court/Legal process.

The role would suit someone who has proven experience in Court representation, management, excellent knowledge of best practice in debt collection. A sound understanding of Housing law, Welfare reform and Universal Credit would be advantageous.

Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 however you will need to have a flexible approach where needed and will be required to drive and travel.
