We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Change & Planning Team in Norwich. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of enterprise wide projects, ensuring that all change initiatives meet business requirements. The Enterprise Change & Planning Team manages the firm's strategic portfolio of work; the resulting projects are broad in range and are likely to include business process improvements, business transformation and systems and technology implementations and upgrades.

We are looking for a Project Manager with demonstrable experience of implementing complex business projects in a large organisation, working across multiple business functions, teams and geographies. You'll be required to manage projects as defined by the Project Delivery Manager to include;

  • Planning and definition of scope
  • Activity planning and sequencing
  • Development of a detailed project plan, monitoring and reporting on progress
  • Resource planning
  • Time and cost estimating
  • Budget management
  • Identification of potential risks, acting proactively to resolve issues
  • Management of interdependencies, risks and issues
  • Benefits realisation
