You will bring a track record of service delivery and strategic thinking. You’ll also bring passion and the ambition to help one of the most dynamic housing associations in the country achieve even more. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating seamless customer experiences and service improvement. This will be underpinned by an authentic and collaborative leadership style which will inspire and develop others.
