Halton Housing is no ordinary housing association. We’re different because we want to be. We are a modern, dynamic housing business that leads at the forefront of innovation. We attract the best people to work with us who want to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

We also ensure that our values of transparency, openness, honesty, innovation and flexibility are deeply ingrained into our culture.

Our vision is improving people’s lives and customers sit at the heart of everything we do. Through our Digital First strategy, we've fundamentally changed the way we deliver services to our customers with over 85% of customer led transactions completed online. We’re currently evolving this offer through Customeyes our transformation programme, designed to shift services from reactive to pre-emptive ways of working and improve the customer experience.

We’re a high-energy, high-performing business so we’re looking for a Director of Homes to join our Leadership Team to build upon our extensive success and help us deliver even more for our customers and our communities. Over the next 10 years we have plans to spend around £125m on the repair and improvements of our homes.

You will bring a track record of delivery and original strategic thinking. You’ll also bring passion and the ambition to help one of the most dynamic housing associations in the country achieve even more. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivery, customer focus and commercial expertise along with a collaborative leadership style which will inspire and develop others.
