We are looking for a Regional Landlord Compliance Manager (1 post) to join our Property Services and Delivery team.
The Regional Landlord Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and delivery of Landlord Compliance in the region. You will ensure statutory obligations/regulatory undertakings are met and develop and implement a risk management approach across all areas of Landlord Compliance in the region.
You will be responsible for the management of compliance contracts to ensure they deliver value for money, minimise exposure to risk and ensure a collaborative approach is established with our contractors. You will ensure the development and operation of data management systems to record all testing, inspection and remedial works in relation to Landlord Compliance. You will ensure suitable arrangements are developed and put in place to allow external assurance and validation of landlord compliance.
You will work closely with Repairs and Maintenance colleagues in relation to responsive and void maintenance to ensure a whole life approach focused on planned maintenance is developed for the organisation’s property portfolio. You will have overall health and safety responsibility including CDM for compliance related activities within the region. You will manage budgets, resources and priorities of the team and drive culture change across the organisation.
In order to be successful you will should have a building related degree or similar qualification or equivalent qualification / experience and have relevant qualifications as detailed on the job description.
