Housing Officer - Rental Income
 10 month temporary contract 37.5 hours per week

Barnet Homes is responsible for tenancy management and income collection for 15,000 residents and is one of London's largest boroughs.

Barnet Homes is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Rental Income Team.  You will be responsible for rental income collection, tenancy sustainment and income maximisation. 

We are looking for someone that can provide great customer service and make a real difference to our customers' lives. 

Whilst working within the Rental Income Team, you will be required to network and work across teams as well as develop relationships with our external partners.  The ability to resolve complex arrears cases, without eviction is key to the service we provide and you must be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve, work flexibly be innovative and self-motivated.
