We are looking for a Sales Advisor (1 post) to join our team in our Manchester Region.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of the Growth and Regeneration Team, you will support the promotion and sale of Onward’s new outright sale, shared ownership and Rent to Buy homes delivering strong sales results and an excellent service to customers.

Responding to incoming customer enquiries regarding home ownership options you will provide information and guidance and maintain the sales database.

Arranging and hosting property viewings you will also plan and attend launch events and open days.

You will administer property reservationsassist customers throughout the purchase process, work with solicitors, check mortgage offers, request signing of legal documents, providing home demonstrations and handovers to new customers.

You will maintain accurate records, update systems, obtain customer feedback and provide information to support performance reporting, sales forecasting and continuous improvement.

It is essential that you have experience of marketing or selling properties; ICT skills including MS Office to support maintaining databases, systems, and digital communications; Commitment to delivering excellent customer service; an understanding of shared ownership and the ability to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
