Seeing new communities take shape.  That’s when it hits home.

It’s a really exciting time to join Home Group!  We are currently undergoing a significant period of growth and change that will enable us to build more homes, independence and aspirations – the vision that underpins our five-year strategy. Our ambition to build 10,000 new homes, be market leaders in New Models of Care and significantly increase our digital capability is in the hands of our brilliant people.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Head of Regeneration and lead the delivery of our national regeneration programme, supporting us in our strategic priority to build and sell 10,000 new homes.  This is an amazing opportunity to really make your mark, delivering regeneration projects from inception to completion.  You’ll be ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.

You’ll work collaboratively with your team to transform local communities, identify opportunities and progress schemes (including joint ventures with developers and contractors) to deliver an innovative and market leading regeneration programme driving growth and surplus.  You’ll report to Maggie, our Director of Regeneration who has recently joined Home Group herself.  She is super passionate about bringing innovative approaches to regeneration which enable vibrant and sustainable communities for our customers.  If this is your passion too, then you’ll really fit in here.
