Project Worker

We have a fantastic opportunity for four Project Support Workers to join our team and provide a person centered housing management service to our residents in Chelmsford.

Freeman Court is ideally located in the heart of Chelmsford which itself plays a big part in meeting residents' needs. As a historic city, it mixes green open spaces with a wide range of entertainment, cafes and restaurants. Located just opposite the main train station the service consists of 65 flats and provides an extra care service to residents aged 55 +.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Essex region. The primary focus of our services is to enable our residents to maintain their tenancies by providing a housing management service that enables them to be pro-active and part of the community.

Notting Hill Genesis is a prominent housing provider to customers in London and the South East. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services provided across the area. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers are able to maintain their tenancies as well as achieving their own goals and aspirations by having a stable and quality home to live in.

Although previous housing experience would be suitable for this role, it is not necessary, we are looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with Older People and delivering a person-centred service.

The starting salary for the role is £18,252 per annum. Following a successful probation period and training your salary will increase to £19,738.00(Level 2 Project Worker). You will work 32 hours, 5 days per week. Hours are flexible to accommodate our customers' needs. You will work alternate weekends.
