Come and join our Development Aftercare team at this exciting time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our busy Development Aftercare team. In a nutshell, you will be taking calls and responding to emails from residents living in new build properties within the defects liability period.

You'll be providing help and support to the residents with information on general home maintenance as well as Information on the correct set up of the systems within their home. We'll be looking for you to provide advice on what to expect in a new build property.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Take appropriate action to ensure that the defects reported are notified to the relevant parties.
  • Chase up all outstanding defects with the main contractors and escalate any issues of poor performance with the After Care Manager
  • Update information on reports received from the building contractors.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with good written and verbal communication as well as sound knowledge and experience of computer systems. You should have the ability to manage your own workload and have the ability to meet deadlines and targets. You'll have experience of working within a team and be able to relate to a wide range of people.
