We’re are looking for two customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as a Housing Coordinators.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.

You will be the face of Catalyst, supporting residents affected by a major works programme at Dan Court, Lakeside Drive in Brent or Merle Court in Carlton Vale in Brent. You will take responsibility for all activity across your defined area of responsibility, working collaboratively and co-operatively with other teams including home ownership, planned & reactive maintenance, income management, customer services and allocations staff.  You will be committed to resolving at the first point of contact customer and colleague queries.

You will be the single point of contact for residents living in the blocks, dealing with all housing management issues and offering advice and support to tenants. At Merle Court you will ensure that all tenants and their households are successfully re-housed, before the major works start. At Dan Court you will support tenants who will need a temporary or permanent move because of the major works.

You will be personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities. Self -aware and displays respect and empathy for customers’ needs and requirements. Have proven organisational, planning and administrative skills and the ability to effectively organise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities
