An opportunity has arisen for a Response Repairs Manager to join our Asset Management Team to provide a high quality and cost effective response repairs, and voids repairs service.
You will be able to develop our internal provider (Home 2 Home) to deliver a wider service provision including planned improvement items of work.

You will have substantial experience of managing and delivering projects, preferably within a social housing environment and possess effective business acumen.
