Handing James the keys to his first apartment.  That?s when it hits home

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team and manage all sales activity for our new home developments across the North West region.  This is a fabulous opportunity to join our award winning team (did you know we?re winners of best house at the ?What House Awards? 2018?).  You'll be making a big difference to the lives of our customers moving into their fabulous new home.

You will manage the sales activity on site from legal set up through to sales completion, also managing all leads for your scheme including carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progressing sales through to completion.  Working collaboratively with Home Group solicitors to ensure they have all legal documentation to produce legal packs and progress the sales. In addition you will be using your awesome customer service skills to provide a first class service that delights our customers and internal colleagues.  You?ll be using your brilliant experience in managing all sales activity using local insights of the housing market.

You will be reporting to our new Sales Manager for the North West region (we are currently recruiting for this role too), working alongside Chris our Regional Sales Manager and our wider sales team.  The team love a good cuppa and get together to discuss new ideas on how they can achieve their targets.  Their a real supportive bunch, sharing experiences and the latest updates happening in sales and marketing.

A bit about you

With a passion for new home sales and achieving sales targets, you?ll have a background in a property sales environment including some knowledge of affordable tenure products and outright sale. You?ll understand the financial requirements to buy, including mortgage processes and financial assessments. You?ll be self-motivated, an energised team member with good organisational skills.  If you?re brilliant at building relationships with your customers, guiding them through the full process to handing over the keys on completion, then this is the icing on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!).

There will the need for you to travel within the region to our different sites so a driving licence and access to a car is essential, we?ll pay for your mileage.
