About the role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Tenancy Officer. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering a tenancy and neighbourhood management service across a specified patch in the District. 

 

Types of activities include; building a professional relationship with customer that helps them to successfully manage their tenancy, managing the starter tenancy process, and be responsible for investigating reports of anti-social behaviour.

 

About you:

 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to express ideas clearly to a wide range of individuals.  They will also need to be organised, work well under pressure and use their initiative to act on the demands of the moment as required by customers’ needs.

 

Please note - the successful candidate might be asked to work additional hours and the location of the patch may be changed at a later date to suit the needs of the business and Neighbourhoods Service.
