Home Ownership Income Specialist

You will seek to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will.
You will work closely with external agencies such as Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors, and Housing Benefit. You will be managing the cases and will be responsible for determining which legal process to follow. Whereby if a mortgage lender is unable to recover the arrears you will liaise with solicitors to recover arrears on our behalf or obtain a court order. You will also recover Major Work’s debts and help to make repayment plans when needed.
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues. You will have experience of working in a demanding customer service environment. You will be able to provide basic advice on debt prevention and benefits. In addition you will have excellent administrative, organisational, planning / prioritisation skills and an ability to acquire knowledge and grasp new concepts quickly.
