Our Home Ownership Service deliver valuable support to residents and leaseholders from managing Right to Buy queries and applications to consulting on major works and service charges. We need a calm, collected and highly organised administrator who can provide broad-ranging admin and clerical support and help the team deliver the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide admin and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in processing of Right to Buy applications
  • Deliver excellent customer care
  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues and the organisation

You will work in a busy and friendly team and will be naturally flexible and collaborative as a colleague, willing to support others through peak periods. You are not afraid of change and see your own learning and development and new team systems as a vital way to improve performance.
