If so we would like to hear from you.Here at our stunning offices in Paddington our Finance Team are looking to hire an experienced Finance Planning Analyst.Reporting into Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for the preparation of the 5 year forecast, and financial reporting of A2Dominon's financial instruments (FRS102). You will be responsible maintaining accounting records of the group's transactions including preparation of monthly management accounts, as well as preparing sections of the Groups annual statutory accounts, lead schedules and disclosure relating to group's financial instrument and auditors.Additional requirements:Education to GCSE level or Equivalent in Maths and EnglishAccredited ACCA/CIMA - is essentialPrevious knowledge of working in a corporate organisation working in a fast paced high volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables teamStrong Experience in producing financial models and financial reportingThe ability to work independently as well as within a teamA2Dominion is a residential property group with almost 37,000 homes across London and southern England, and thousands more in the development pipeline.We provide affordable, private and social rented homes, student, NHS and temporary accommodation, as well as supported housing and homes for older people.We also offer high-quality sustainable homes for sale and shared ownership, available through our FABRICA by A2Dominion brand.
