We're looking for 2 exceptional Service Charge Analysts to join our Service Charge team on a 12 month fixed term contract in London. In this role, you'll work with the business managers to ensure that service charge cost information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.

You'll ensure that service chargeable costs are entered into Microsoft Dynamics AX to enable Clarion Housing to maximise income and you'll use analytical techniques to identify inconsistent charges to be investigated. You'll build up a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX so it can be administered accurately.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate estimation and reconciliation of all service charges
  • Working with the procurement team and suppliers to create and maintain a process that allocates charges based on third party schedules
  • Performing the monthly reconciliation process between the service charge model & finance systems
  • Certifying that charges have been entered into the correct account codes within the financial system

To be successful in this role, you'll come from an accounting background and already have knowledge of the application of service charges in the social housing sector.

You'll have proven Excel skills, handling, manipulating and checking large volumes of data, as well as sound numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
