Service Desk Support Technician
Are you technically savvy with good problem-solving skills and experience of working in a busy IT team?
The IT Services Team is responsible for the delivery of the ICT Infrastructure, Systems and Services that underpin the day-to-day operations to support the ambitions of Stafford & Rural Homes.
The Service Desk Support Technician will be an integral reference point for all IT related queries at user level, responding to customer needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.
