Are you passionate about finding employment opportunities for people out of work?

We are looking for an exceptional Employer Opportunities Officer to join our Love London Working team on a 12 month fixed term/secondment basis.

As a key member of our team you will be responsible for finding employment opportunities for our residents, working in partnership with local employers to secure interviews. You will need to utilise your business expertise and industry contacts to analyse labour markets and develop demand led recruitment strategies, working with our Employment Support Officers to ensure that their customer base have the best possible opportunity of entering the labour market.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be excited by the prospect of achieving targets in a highly performing team.

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out group/ individual pre-screening sessions and interview preparation in line with the employer(s) requirements.
  • Leading on marketing and promoting new employment opportunities to increase resident participation.
  • Developing a network of support agencies and providers who will refer residents and support their positive progression into work
