The role

Do you have a high level of L&D/Training experience, with experience of business transformation?

Are you an effective communicator able to deliver impactful and engaging presentations, face to face training and blended learning activity?

Do you have Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / CE, or equivalent systems training experience?

At A2Dominion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Trainer to join the business to deliver organisation wide training projects, at the same time supporting the implementation of new technologies and new ways of working.

As our Systems Trainer you will be working through our Fit for the Future (FFP) transformation programme working in partnership with our IT provider, other partners and teams, to produce integrated high quality training solutions. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the end user training and project training deliverables, within the Fit for the Future transformation programme. You will be delivering high quality training for each transformation project through; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages.

To be successful, you must have experience of project systems implementation, e.g. rollout of new or upgraded software. You must be experienced in learning and development, through all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. You must have experience in delivering training to different audiences, using different learning methods and techniques, with the capability to understand emerging and bespoke solutions.

This role is truly organisation wide, as the Fit for the Future programme impacts all staff in all areas of the business, through each phase of the transformation.
