New Homes Customer Care Administrator
Hightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We believe everyone should have a home and the support they need, so our aim is to build new homes and to provide excellent housing and support.
We currently manage over 6,000 homes and employ over 1,000 full and part time staff from our head office in Hemel Hempstead. We have an annual turnover of £80 million and a development programme that will deliver around 400 new affordable homes each year.
We currently have an opportunity for a New Homes Customer Care Administrator to join our development team at our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication, administration and customer care skills and an understanding of technical aspects of the building and repairs process.
About the role
As a rapidly growing Housing Association, Hightown has an active programme of over 1,500 new homes being built or in the pipeline.
You will be working alongside our repairs team and developers to track and monitor reported defects during the 12 month defect period. Also liaising with our customers and to ensure defects in new homes are remedied within agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication,administration and customer care skills and previous experience of working in a Housing Association or private development organisation.
You will need to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
