This role

The Operation Manager is a pivotal role in the success of the services that are delivered in South London to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or in transition back to independent living. Managing a remote team you will be responsible for supporting these Care Managers to respond to the commercial demands within their services.

You will be required to work closely with external partners and linked providers to ensure all aspects of service operations are in line with contract and funder requirement.You will be looking at achieving high quality and positive outcomes for customers. In addition you will be responsible in ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and business requirements whilst delivering excellent, personalised, value for money services to commissioners, customers and colleagues.

What you`ll need to succeed

Experience of managing over multiple sites is essential in this role as well as a positive approach to managing teams so they are able to achieve their full potential.You will also have a good understanding of what is required by commissioners and be confident in managing their expectations and developing positive relationships.

This is a commercial role where you will have the opportunity to identify and develop innovative proposals to win new business. In addition experience of managing change and remodelling services to meet financial pressures while maintain the high standards expected by our customers is essential.

As a minimum we would expect an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
