Adult Carers Team Leader
About the Role:
Alliance Homes Group mission is simple, ‘Improving Lives, Benefitting Communities’. In the role of Adult Carers Team Leader, your main focus will be to manage and lead your team to live our mission statement, whilst helping them undertake carers’ assessments and support work.
You will also have the exciting opportunity to work with your manager on a key project to remodel the service to provide casework and brief intervention to support carers when they need it most.
You will already have experience of supervising colleagues, with the ability to monitor performance, coach and deal with conflict. You will be able to produce reports using data provided by your team and be able to drive team productivity.
The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude, who is both adaptable and reflective in their approach to work. It would be advantageous for applicants to have a thorough understanding and empathy for carers’ issues and how they could be supported to maintain their caring role.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
